Welded Carbon Steel Pipe is a general-purpose carbon steel tubular product manufactured by rolling carbon steel strips or plates into tubular shapes and adopting precision welding, shaping and finishing processes. As the most mainstream and cost-effective pipe in the steel pipe industry, it features stable mechanical properties, good weldability and excellent structural uniformity. With reliable pressure resistance and strong construction adaptability, this product covers light, medium and conventional heavy-duty working conditions. It is widely used in general fluid transportation, building steel structures, municipal pipe networks and industrial auxiliary engineering, serving as the basic universal pipe material for industrial and civil construction projects.

The product adopts high-frequency resistance welding or automatic submerged arc welding process according to different caliber and wall thickness specifications. The welding seam is fully fused with smooth transition, stable pipe roundness and uniform wall thickness. Produced in strict accordance with GB/T3091, GB/T13793 and other national standards, it supports fixed-size processing and non-standard customization. The main materials are Q195, Q215, Q235B, Q345B carbon structural steel. The carbon steel material features low impurity content, good ductility, strong plasticity and stable welding performance, which is conducive to secondary processing such as cutting, bending, punching and threading.
