Transmission Tower is the core load-bearing steel structure equipment for high-voltage, ultra-high voltage and extra-high voltage power transmission lines. Manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 2694 national standard and ISO9001 quality system specifications, it is mainly used for overhead supporting transmission conductors, lightning wires and supporting power fittings to realize long-distance, large-capacity and low-loss power transmission. The product is fully applicable to 35kV—1000kV full voltage level power transmission and transformation projects, covering core scenarios such as main grid lines, new energy outbound transmission lines and cross-regional power transmission channels, serving as a key infrastructure of modern power grid systems.
The main body of the product adopts high-strength premium angle steel and steel pipe with a compressive strength of over 350MPa and stable mechanical properties, which can withstand complex working stresses such as conductor tension, wind and snow loads, and seismic external forces. The overall hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion process with a zinc coating thickness of ≥85μm complies with ASTM A123 anti-corrosion standards, effectively resisting outdoor sunlight, rain and salt spray erosion, achieving an anti-corrosion service life of more than 30 years and greatly reducing subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
The modular split design with lightweight and standardized components requires no large and complex construction equipment, enabling convenient on-site assembly and short construction period. The smooth and flat galvanized layer on the product surface has no risk of falling off or cracking, eliminating the need for frequent anti-corrosion maintenance in the later stage, and features strong environmental adaptability to meet the needs of long-term outdoor open-air operation.
