Like the skeleton of a human body, the structural I-beam system, shown here to the right, works together to create efficient and rugged support resulting in extremely strong buildings with limitless design capabilities. Superior design and complete in-house engineering make our steel I-beam buildings the strongest in the industry. This rigid I-beam frame design provides a clearspan, unobstructed building space that is ideal for storage, manufacturing or recreational use. Contact us for your custom design and steel building prices.
Quality materials, expert design, and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility make our steel buildings the leader in the industry. Our commercial steel buildings are custom manufactured to meet and exceed all building construction industry standards as well as local building codes. The steel structure uses profiles of hot-rolled steel and section steel and cold-formed (or cold-formed) thin-walled steel. Hot-rolled steel sheets are thick steel plates (4.5~60mm), thin steel plates (0.35~4mm) and flat steel (thickness is 4~60mm, width is 30~200mm). Hot rolled sections are angled, I-beam, channel and steel. I-beams are common I-beam, light I-beam and H-beam. Ordinary I-beam and light I-beam are indicated by the number, and the number is the number of centimeters of the height of the section. For the I-beams above 20, the same number has three types of web thicknesses: a, b, and c, and the type a web is thin. The web and flange of the light I-beam are thinner than ordinary I-beams. The webs and flanges of H-beams are thinner than ordinary I-beams. Compared with ordinary I-beam, H-beam has parallel inner and outer sides of the flange, which is easy to connect with other components. Various H-beams can be divided into T-shaped steels.
