Rolled pipe, also known as coiled welded pipe, is a customized large-diameter thick-wall tubular product formed by rolling high-quality steel plates into tubular blanks through professional rolling equipment, then adopting precise welding, seam finishing, shaping, straightening and flaw detection processes. This product breaks through the size limitation of conventional seamless pipes and straight seam welded pipes, featuring flexible wall thickness and outer diameter customization. It is a core structural and fluid conveying pipe widely used in engineering construction, industrial supporting and municipal infrastructure fields.
The product adopts cold rolling and hot rolling dual processes, with stable forming technology and no damage to the physical properties of the original steel plate. It strictly complies with national standards such as GB/T50205 and GB/T3092, and supports non-standard customized processing. Conventional materials include Q235B, Q345B, low alloy carbon steel and other high-quality steel grades, with uniform wall thickness, small outer diameter tolerance and stable structural performance. The whole production process adopts PLC automatic control system, with photoelectric precise positioning and stable operation, ensuring consistent product quality.
Rolled pipes are widely used in key industries and infrastructure projects, covering fluid transportation, structural support and municipal engineering fields. Typical applications include: petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas transmission pipelines; urban water supply, heating and gas supply pipe networks; bridge engineering support columns, hydraulic cylinder pipeline accessories; construction piling, large advertising bracket structures; industrial drainage, sewage transportation and other heavy-duty pipeline projects.
