galvanized welded pipe Video
JDCC galvanized Welded Pipe is a high-corrosion-resistant steel pipe made of high-quality welded steel pipe as the base material, processed through strict pickling, rust removal, hot-dip galvanizing/electro-galvanizing and surface passivation treatment. Combining the structural stability...

The base pipe adopts qualified high-frequency welded steel pipe, with smooth weld seam, stable pipe body and uniform wall thickness. The surface galvanizing process is divided into hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing (electro-galvanizing). Hot-dip galvanized pipes feature thick zinc layer, strong anti-corrosion ability and durable protection; electro-galvanized pipes have smooth and beautiful surface, uniform coating and high dimensional accuracy. The whole production process complies with GB/T3091, GB/T13793 and galvanizing industry standards. Conventional materials include Q195, Q215, Q235B mild carbon steel, with good ductility and welding performance, supporting cutting, bending, threading and other secondary processing.
Galvanized Welded Pipes are widely used in civil construction, municipal engineering, fire protection systems, light industrial manufacturing and daily fluid transportation. Typical application scenarios include: building water supply and drainage pipelines, fire protection piping systems; municipal ventilation, gas transmission and low-pressure fluid pipe networks; greenhouse support pipes, construction guardrails and handrail structures; mechanical equipment auxiliary pipelines, electrical casing protection pipes; indoor and outdoor conventional anti-corrosion pipeline projects.
