Structural Steel Space Frame
This structural steel space frame is a three-dimensional spatial grid structure composed of steel rods and ball joints, with the main body made of high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy structural steel precision-processed through cold drawing and welding, featuring uniform joint stress and high overall rigidity. It is light in weight with strong spanning capacity, adaptable to flat, arc, curved and various complex architectural shapes, widely used for roofs of various large-span buildings. All components are factory prefabricated with high precision for convenient on-site assembly and easy construction quality control. Structural loads are distributed and transmitted through the three-dimensional grid, with high material utilization rate and much lower self-weight than traditional plane beam structures under the same span.

Different from traditional plane beam structures, its core advantages lie in the three-dimensional force mechanism and free formability, distributing loads through spatial grids for higher material efficiency and better economy in large-span scenarios. It can easily realize various curved and special-shaped roof designs to meet the architectural appearance needs of special buildings, which traditional beam-slab structures can hardly achieve. Prefabricated components enable more efficient on-site installation and facilitate later maintenance and replacement. It is the preferred structural form for large-span public buildings and special-shaped building roofs.
