Steel Structure Heavy Chemical Phase 1 Project in Kazakhstan
This steel structure heavy chemical phase 1 project is located in Kazakhstan, covering a total area of 150,000 ㎡. It adopts heavy steel structure system and uses petroleum as raw material to produce ester chemicals through a series of cracking and decomposition processes. The project strictly follows petrochemical safety standards, with excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity to adapt to Central Asian climate and chemical production conditions.

The project includes a full set of steel structure facilities such as reaction tower frames, process pipe racks, storage devices and auxiliary workshops. All steel components are factory prefabricated and modularly installed on site with high precision and controllable schedule, providing reliable structural support for phase 1 commissioning and subsequent capacity expansion.
