(1)The welding rod should be dried in a high-temperature drying box,and the number of times of drying the welding rod shall not exceed twice
(2)The welding wire packaging should be intact,and part of it should be discarded if it is damaged,causing the welding wire to be contaminated or bent or disordered.
(3) The purity of Co2 gas should not be less than 99.9%(volume ratio),the water content should be less than 0.05%(weight ratio),and the use should be stopped when the high pressure in the bottle is lower than 1MPa.
(4) The voltage of the welding machine for steel structures should be normal,the ground wire should be firmly pressed,the contact should be reliable,the cables and welding tongs should not be damaged,the wire feeder should be able to feed wires evenly,and the air pipe should be free of air leakage or blockage.
