1. Span Determination Depends on production line layout, equipment width and operation space. Single span below 30m is the most economical; above 30m can choose multi-span with middle columns or large-span truss structure.

2. Height Calculation Eave height = crane hook height + crane itself height + top safety space. For example, 10t single girder crane with 7m hook height needs about 9.5m eave height.

3. Bay Distance Standard 6m, 7.5m, 9m bays. Heavy crane workshops usually use 6m bays to reduce crane beam span and deflection.
