1. Clear Span Distance between inner sides of two columns. Standard modular span: 12m, 15m, 18m, 20m, 24m, 30m, 36m, 42m. Larger spans use multi-span continuous design with middle columns.

2. Eave Height Height from ground to bottom of roof eave. Determines storage rack height and forklift operation space. Standard heights: 4m, 5m, 6m, 7.5m, 9m, 10m, 12m.

3. Bay Distance Distance between two adjacent columns along length direction. Standard bays: 6m, 7.5m, 9m. 6m bay is the most economical general-purpose specification; 9m bay is suitable for large-span heavy load warehouses.

4. Length Arbitrarily extended by adding bays. Usually 30m – 200m, customized according to site and capacity.
