Modular Steel Workshop: Type & Size Classification
Steel workshops are offered in four grades with tailored structural and crane specifications. The Light Assembly Workshop has a 12–20m clear span, 5–7m eave height, with no crane or ≤2t jib crane. The Medium Machining Workshop features a 20–30m clear span, 7–10m eave height, fitted with 5–10t single girder crane. The Heavy Forging Workshop comes with a 30–40m clear span, 10–14m eave height and 15–50t double girder crane. The Ultra-Heavy Metallurgical Workshop has a 36–50m clear span, 12–18m eave height and supports 50–200t heavy cranes.

Each workshop type serves distinct production demands. Light assembly workshops are designed for light product assembly, packaging and electronic production. Medium machining workshops apply to general machining, mold making and mechanical assembly. Heavy forging workshops suit heavy machinery assembly, forging and stamping operations. Ultra-heavy metallurgical workshops are used for metallurgical rolling and large equipment overhaul.
